DO YOU OFFER YOUR DELIVERY AND SHOPPING SERVICES IN MY AREA?
Our delivery area is continuously expanding as new independent operators and drivers join us.
IS THE QUALITY OF THE GROCERY THE SAME?
We shop for your groceries from the “same” local stores of your choice.
DO YOU SHOP FOR OR DELIVER ALCOHOL, TOBACCO AND LOTTERY GAME?
Per legal advice, this independent operator does not sell nor deliver alcohol, tobacco and lottery game items.
CAN CUSTOMERS USE COUPONS WITH YOUR SHOP/DELIVERY SERVICES?
Yes. However, we need to pick up your coupons to go shopping for your groceries. There is an extra charge of $5 to pick up the items from you, unless you made them available on a previous order.
WILL THE PERSONAL SHOPPER SUBSTITUTE GROCERY ITEMS WHEN SHOPPING?
Yes, unless you tell us otherwise, when placing your order, not to substitute brands or sizes.
WHAT TIME FRAME SHOULD MY GROCERY ORDER BE PLACED?
Grocery shopping orders should be place before 11:00 am on any normal operating day. it’s not always possible to guarantee a same day or next day delivery, but we will always do our best to deliver your order ASAP.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us directly by “phone” (no emails for cancels), at least 3 hours before your delivery, so we will have enough time to delete the order. There is no fee to make changes to your order. However, there is a $5 fee to cancel orders.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SHOPPING AND DELIVERY ORDER?
All orders are “paid for in advance” on our website after you fill out the manual order form or call us. Upon delivery, you will receive any change amount due and your receipt. In the near future, you will be able to purchase gift certificates that you can use to pay for any of our services. Currently, we cannot accept EBT cards (Food Stamps). You can also order from 1000’s of products already uploaded on our website and then pay for the delivery fee by clicking on the, “PAYMENT FOR DELIVERY” link on our website.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE MY GROCERY SHOPPING AND DELIVERY ORDER AND REALIZE THAT I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEMS?
Mistakes Happens! If we made the mistake, we would correct the error. We’ll exchange or reimburse you at the time of the delivery or on your next delivery, at your discretion. However, if the customer made the mistake, the customer would have the receipt and may return the items at their convenience.
CAN I TIP MY PERSONAL GROCERY SHOPPER OR?
Yes. At your discretion, you can add a monetary tip to the total amount of the order (please specify tip amount on order form so we can return you the correct change if any is due). You may also add a monetary tip at the time of delivery.
CAN YOU REFUSE MY GROCERY SHOPPING AND DELIVERY ORDER?
All our independent operators and shoppers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone within the legal limits of the law.
CAN I SHOP AND REQUEST DELIVERY FOR SOMEONE ELSE IF I LIVE IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION?
Usually, this is no problem. However, ensure that someone will be at the delivery destination to accept delivery within one of our service areas.
