FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

You will fill out form online and place your order by smart phone, website or by calling us. We will place the order with the restaurant. We will pick up the food, pack it to keep it fresh and deliver it directly to you. We are not affiliated nor in business with the restaurants.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

Delivery fee is $8 for the general local area, up to a 10-mile radius and $18 up to 20-mile radius.  There is a “catering delivery fee” of 20% of total order for large party orders, etc. (please call for estimate of large special orders)  There is an additional fee of $10 if you need us to deliver after our normal operating hours within the same mile radius.

DO YOU INCREASE THE RESTAURANT PRICES?

No.  We charge for pick-up and delivery.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

There is no minimum order.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE RESTAURANT PRICE CHANGES?

If the price is more than $4 difference, we will contact you to confirm placing the order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY DELIVERY?

Expect delivery up to 1 hour or less.  However, there may arise situations out of our control such as (traffic, weather, and restaurant preparation time).

DO YOU CHECK MY MEAL ORDER?

No. We rely on the restaurant to prepare and pack your order accurately. For health and safety reasons, we are not allowed to open containers. However, delivery personnel are certified food handlers.  Please take a moment to check your order before delivery personnel leave.

HOW DO I CORRECT MISTAKES WITH MY ORDER?

Contact us directly at (956) 639-5483 as soon as possible from time of delivery.  We will work to correct your order or arrange for a credit towards your next order. Any credits will be based upon the restaurants decision. Please contact us to apply your credit on your next order.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

The customer is responsible for order payment. If you want to change your order, we will attempt to do so.  However, if a change is too late to process, you are responsible for payment of the original order. Please call us for changes to your order.

 HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Your card is charged online at the time you placed the order on our website or please call us.  We use a certified secure processor. In the event you cancel the order, the total amount minus 25% will be reimbursed to your card. Once you submit the order form, you will be redirected to a payment page to make payment for your order and our delivery services fee.
